Do you have a question about the Honeywell and is the answer not in the manual?
I've had a HPA300 air cleaner for about three years now. It does an excellent job cleaning the air and I change the filters on a more than regular basis since I have allergies to dust mites. I changed the filters recently and the red light beside Check filters/Check pre-filter has been on since. The filters are the correct filters and I made sure that I inserted them correctly. I'm stuck. What else could be the problem?

Post reaction Honeywell HPA300 OwnerApril 2, 2021See page three of the instructions, second column -"Electronic Filter Change Reminder." Basically, after changing the filter hold down the button 2-3 seconds until the light goes out. You may have to hold down longer. Just did it and it worked for me
